Bench i&#039;d like to get like 512 or 518 with a pause and deadlift probably like 755 or something...still trying to get my confidence back up after taring my hamstring and get my form back. plus i don&#039;t want to rush it just yet with trying an 800lb deadlift..maybe in a couple months i&#039;ll give that a try again.</description>

This cycle i kind of trained a little differently and a lot more cautious than before. But usually all my training is based around a meet so i&#039;ll just back track like 6-8 weeks out and then cycle up to the meet. I love doing pyramid type training, works the best for me and i make real good gains off of it in not only strength but size as well.</description>
