Thanks i really … Thanks i really appreciate it..i’ve been training my off to get my strength and confidence back up after taring my hamstring. This cycle i kind of trained a little differently and a lot more cautious than before. But usually all my training is based around a meet so i’ll just back track like 6-8 weeks out and then cycle up to the meet. I love doing pyramid type training, works the best for me and i make real good gains off of it in not only strength but size as well.
Still weighing … Still weighing about 260 right now…just can’t seem to gain any weight haha. my strength gains are coming along real well and i feel a lot leaner than before so i guess the weight gains don’t really matter if i’m still getting stronger with maintaing the same weight. This is actually my last week being a teenager i turn 20 on sunday so i’m trying a new PR on bench tomorrow for my last workout as a teen…we’ll see how it goes. Oh and i’m also competing 275 raw and open on March 27th.
thats like a 2100+ … thats like a 2100+ total right there, that is nuts, you are right on konstanios and stan efferdings ass, you probably have the potential to break the raw totals for 275.
Thanks man. if i … Thanks man. if i get my next number for my last squat workout which i’m aiming for 785 for a double, then i’m going to try 815 on my last attempt squat. Bench i’d like to get like 512 or 518 with a pause and deadlift probably like 755 or something…still trying to get my confidence back up after taring my hamstring and get my form back. plus i don’t want to rush it just yet with trying an 800lb deadlift..maybe in a couple months i’ll give that a try again.
