    I do them every day! I could barely Hindu push-ups, probably 5, now 16-17!

    It takes less than 5 minutes! Maybe at the end of 2010 = 500 squats and 50+ pushups?????

    I’ve never seen them done with the knees popping out so much like that… it doesn’t look right to me… I’ve always seen them done with the pointing straight forward.

    Perhaps it doesn’t matter :)
