    Her demonstration …
Her demonstration using the bench is good, but her demo with the kettlebell can be dangerous for the knees. A squat should not drop below a seated position with thighs parallel to the floor. Continuous exercise using this form for years, especially aerobically or with heavy weights, will destroy your knees.

Your video is very helpful. You showed me the proper way to hold the kettlebell and the proper way to activate my glutes on the up portion.

It’s obvious to me that you know your stuff and you like what you do, and that’s awesome when that happens, don’t you think?

    Keep sharing:)

PS Your hair is extremely long and beautiful. How long did it take to let it grow that long?

    Nope. Your feet …
Nope. Your feet point where your feet point. Don’t force them into an natural position. When I squat, my left foot is perfectly forward, but my right foot is out by at least 45*.

    Good video. It’s …
Good video. It’s nice to see someone doing squats all the way down. Doing deep squat is actually easy on your knees as hamstrings kick in to stabilize your knees. Doing half way squat is not a squat but a squa. :) And front squat is better than back squat especially here in the US due to upper cross syndrome which most Americans have.

    is there a reason …
is there a reason that going so deep in squats with kettle bells is different than other exercises, so many people discourage it in yoga martial arts etc. I myself am 6-4 and going so deep make my knees hurt, any advice
