I really can’t do pushups because I have weak wrists. It hurts alot, so what else can I do? Any info is greatly appreciated!

take dumb-bells and hold them down to your sides, then bring them straight out to your sides (like a T shape). also, begin with them at your sides and bring them straight up in front of you. also start with them at your shoulders and push your arms straight up.

Do flys. Stand up straight and hold dumb bells in each hand, raise your arms directly to your sides so they are horizontal, then lower and repeat.
Lie on your back with your arms out to the side even with your shoulders, keeping the elbows straight raise your arms so they are directly above you.
Stand up and bend at the waist so your upper body is horizontal or close to it and with the weights below you, raise your arms so the are level with our body at shoulder level.
The deltoids function in 3 different ways and doing these 3 different fly exercises work all 3 areas.
If you don’t have small dumb bells you can use canned food.
Push ups are not the best exercise for deltoids.

Use hand supports so you can do pushups with wrists straight. You should be able to stengthen your wrists doing regular and reverse wrist curls. Start with a manageable weight you can do 15 repetitions with. Do the reps slowly.

Lift a light weight in front of you and to the side to strengthen your deltoids.
