This workout is great for losing fat and building a ripped beach body. It’s many times more effective than long, slow cardio workouts like treadmill jogging — and it only takes three minutes! Best of all, this home cardio workout can be done with NO EQUIPMENT, and no gym membership needed. It’s extremely simple — you just have to learn three basic bodyweight exercises to do it. Here’s how to do this home cardio workout Squat thrust — 10 reps Mountain Climber — 10 reps (counting 1-2-3-ONE-1-2-3-TWO) Squat Jump — 10 reps Repeat these exercises until you have done 100 reps total. Hey, Ive been working out for 7 months or 9 months… Im only 15.. IS this good workout? i Curl ba 40 on each side wich makes 80 pounds plus 20pounds that the bar weights… Doo 100 of those but in sets of 10… Deadlifts..LEg workout…Ab workout and a lot of killer pushups for my chest… Then last but not least your cardio workout p90x…. I get good sleep…. And i dont got that big arms and im dissapointed.. this takes me 1 to 3 hrs.. 5 days a week workout
@emericaordie15 You’re 15 years old dude, you’re body is still naturally building muscle all on its own. Eat your breakfast,lunch and dinner meals. Run 15-20 minutes a day if you’d like and lift some weights. But do not, and I repeat DO NOT go lifting heavy weights. You’ll ruin your joints permanently in the long run dude. If you haven’t heard of Scooby then I suggest you go check out his stuff. He will put you on the right track. google ScoobysWorkshop. He doesn’t want your money either. Do It

I don’t think it’s better than the P90X considering the X is an hour of extreme cardio and weightlifting besides 10 minutes, but this is defiantly a good alternative if somebody doesn’t want to cough up $140 for the X. =)
