For 2 weeks now,I have been doing 20 pushups and 20 situps every morning and night.I go up five every week.Which means I am now doing 25 pushups and 25 situps. In the first week,I have already noticed that I have became really stronger.I just want to know does this actually work.It seems like it.But,I want to know for sure. Can anyone tell me?

Well, I’ve been doing roughly 120 sit-ups and 40 push-ups a day and it does work. (In sets of 30 and 10, respectively)

Time how long it takes you to do it today, then time it again in a week, you’ll notice you’re probably able to do them faster. It seems easier, as well.

Well it will stop helping after you reach a level of power. Weight lifting which means working out at a gym would make the real difference. If you are over 17 years old, i think you must consider joining a respectable gym
