Who is the author?
now you are stuck in”yoga body” which is good but not complete.
you can also look into “SOUTHER PRAYING MANTIS” this has the secret method of DYNAMIC TENSION that is applicable because it uses the lats to conect to the abs and hips which transfer power to the ground . you will not go any farther till you learn to apply more force to the ground…period.
First what you are doing is great. Good example, good form, good intention. thank you.
Second I can tell that you are unhappy with your current “LOOK” and genral abilities
you need to incorporate dynamic tensions.
the best for this is a book labeled dynamic tension it is a kung fu book dedicated to only dynamic tension
this will give you the bruce lee look and definition you are searching for…..trust me.
Hay I just recently started watching your videos and I believe this is a great feat just to do by yourself! You look amazing. I know how hard it is to stay fit, especially when all you do is work or go to school.
But seriously. You look great. This is so neat watching your body transform. I love male anatomy, especially the beautiful kind. Every curve, every muscle, every crevice is unique to each body.
I recently got into Yoga and it has done wonders to my body, and breathing during exercise.
last set of what bro?
how many did u do on last set ? your looking lean
Ah for fuck sake, old account keeps logging on – that’s my comment there.
Cool I will keep an eye out when you release a flexibility based video. As I really need to get my body more agile and flexible, for the best performance when I spar. My philosophy with martial arts is very similar to Bruce Lee’s as I did Jeet Kune Do, simply have no limitations, try to adapt to the opponent, therefore train in different styles, rather than one style such as Tae Kwon Do or Karate.
Hey man, i dont have a digital cam atm.. so im confined to my webcam. Yes, i know exercises that will help to improve flexibility, im currently working on them atm.. so when there at a level thats worthy of putting onto youtube, i will
BTW, i am not a true martial artist, i am a blackbelt… my philosophy is that training only begins at black! so yes, i am a beginner
You have a good body/muscle definition in this video. But I think should film yourself doing some sparring with someone or cardio, theres not much evidence of you being a true martial artist. Also do you know any good exercises to improve flexibility in legs/hips, as I want to be able to kick higher than the waist.
