What are the key differences, and can doing plyometric pushups help my throwing?

    basically they are both the same exerciseexcept for the fact that plyo-pushups are rougher on your joints and make you have to use more than just your arm muscles… throwing/catching medicine balls act more on arm strength and body stability, but doin plyo-pushups enable core muscles arm muscles and lower back muscles
