West Monroe lifter mixes grace, power
Jacie Chapman made a switch heading into her sophomore year. The West Monroe student went from dancing on the Rebel Line to hoisting free weights for the Rebel powerlifting team. Now two years later, Chapman is competing in the Amateur World Powerlifting Congress World Championships.
