Look, you said you paid $35 for 400 grams of protein, that’s BS. I buy a 5.15lbs tub of Gold Standard whey for $40, and that’s 2,341 grams. And it’s not like that’s my only protein source.
And despite the guy in the video’s advice, most would suggest just 1g per pound of body weight. Your diet should also be high in protein, not just relying on whey.

damn, i rly have to start commiting myself to a proper workout routine… i only weigh about 9 stone ( dunno pounds ) but i can curl about 30 lbs which i feel is good for me lol. but seriously i dont work the rest of my body enough. anyone else have similar obvious flaws like this?
