    @marisolakashortstuff They’re called kinetic bands… I sell them through my website bexlife [dot] com. The link is in the video description too. I replaced almost every piece of my equipment that I use with my clients with my “total gym in a bag”… I use the upper body bands, the lower body bands, and my Gymboss Timer. I have the combo pack of both sets of bands on sale now!

    @orlisbabe I would add one round of 6 exercises to get a full cardio + strength training workout. That adds up to 18 mins. If you want to get in shape for summer (and lose fat), do this workout along with “Sexy Toned Biceps in Under 12 Minutes” and “Slimmer Thinner Toned Thighs in Under 12 Minutes” (adding one round to each) three times a week. Diet is essential to losing fat. A raw food diet is the easiest way to lose weight fast. Breasts are fat, so as you lose weight, they may shrink.
