		<description>well you right now have like 0 stabilizer muscles seeing how the machines limit movement.  so you shouldn&#039;t do as high weight as you should but should still only be able to do 15 reps for the first week or so. after that those stabilizers should have caught up some so you can start going heavy again. flys are pretty much the same motion. im sure you&#039;ve seen someone doing them. you&#039;ve probably seen these exercises done in the gym with bad form.. so i&#039;ll show you good form
