I bought the 1090 model and it just arrived last week! solid equipment from bowflex! I had POWERBLOCKS before but they are not built and designed nearly as well as the selecttech dumbells. It also comes with a training video which is pretty informative and shows you many exersices. I would definately recommend this product

I just recieved mine today…and it is awesome…with the perfect rep…30 minutes is all you need…and i thought 30 minutes wasn’t enough…i was surely surprised…the 4 step rep is very effective…the dvd that comes with it…is very very helpful…it corrected so many bad forms i used to do…omg i can’t wait to see myself in 4 weeks lol
