Could somebody please give me some basic drills on how to start out kickboxing…. i am only intrested in kickboxing for fitness at the moment, I have a boxing bag, focus mits (stopping mits that people punch), and boxing gloves.

What are some exercises that i can do? Ho do i start out?

Do i just punch/jab the mitts?
Can you please instruct me on just basic basic drills?

ps i dont have access to a gym, so i need help online.
I think its called cardio kickboxing.

I don’t know much about this subject, but that never stopped me talking, I would say just get in there and kick the shite out of everybody – a pair of heavy boots could be an asset. Do some exercises where you learn to swing your legs right over your head, that’ll give them something to think about… good luck and "Sans illegitimate nil carborundum" ……………….
