		<description>Try doing handstand pushups or using 2 bottles of a gallon of water. I think a gallon of water is about 8 pounds...that should be enough weight for shoulders. If you need more help you should try two of my favorite workout sites. They worked for me...maybe they can help you too

		<description>If you have a barbell, hold it at waist level with your feet spread.  Shrug your shoulders, rotating them backward.  Repeat going forward.  Light weight and high reps.
