    if you wanna gain muscle mass try doing compound lifts like bench press, squats, deadlifts, pullups pretty much anything where you are working out more then one muscle group. The more mucles you are working the more testosterone is released to your muscles which helps them grow bigger. change up your workouts at least every 4 weeks. dont stick with just trying to build muscle in your arms. otherwise it gets boring and repetative.

    guys guys guys i know this may be hard to believe but if your really working out hard and the next day your not sore thats ok it doesnt mean you didnt or arent buling muscle. you are always toning or building your muscle when working them so dont get discouraged just stick to your routine or up it a little but it takes time trust me i have just started a few months ago but iam now sarting to show some good results

    first off you well not be able to gain 20 pounds of muscle in even a year. not only that your more likly to gain gain 5-10 pounds of muscle. and dont cut out cardio it gets your blood flowing and reduces fat making your muscle more visible and youll look more cut. you can gain muscle with cardio. and your workout needs more chest and shoulder exercises if you only work those muscle groups youll look funny cause youll have big arms but small shoulders and chest

    Alternative Bicept Curl
    1 arm pull with kickback
    Overhead Tricep Extension
    Short Arm Raises
    Arnold Press
    Abs

    I run it through a routine, about a minute rest then start the next set i’m trying to gain muscle and mass also add 20 pounds onto myself before next summer, I cut out my cardio, if anyone has any tips please help me please, this workout gets me super tired, but i’m not sore, week 22

    i myself am a body builder,now what u got to remember is that all this stuff is not over night like i have been lifting weights since i was 11 mean whilst eating steak for breakfast,lunch and dinner now i also take protein shakes. to those of you that think that benching is gonna build muscle ur wasting your time as your building up the wrong muscles you should try to build the muscles u use every day and like old mate said DON’T OVER DO IT

    Any weight you can …
    Any weight you can curl won’t challenge your pressing strength, & any weight you can press won’t challenge squatting strength. SIMPLE EFFECTIVE DB WORKOUT: Squat / Press / Row, 3 separate exercises w/an appropriate weight for each. Curls / Extensions / Flyes: Only if you have the extra time & inclination to play around with the weights. The big 3’s all you need.

    Toning falsely implies a positive effect on muscle. Muscle either gets stronger, weaker, or maintains the same strength, (& either gets bigger, smaller, or stays the same size). Waht typical health-club clients thinks of as ‘toning’ is merely residual tension. Without progressive resistance, they get the same toning effect at each workout, which might last them the rest of the day, & never get stronger, more muscular, or leaner. Eventually they give up due to poor results, boredom, or injury.
