    once you do this for 2 weeks. then work up to repeating it. and then do 3 in total. once you can do 3 in a row, 3 times a week, its time to move up.
    some people do planks on their elbows, just keep your body strait, and tighten your abs when doing the planks.

    these are definately girl excersizes, and by that i mean you do a lot of leg squats and such. if you have heavy weights and are more of a bicep person (guy) squats can add up.

    @4countrygal4 most girls who dont work otu should start with 5-10 lbs. (2.5-4kgs)
    then move up as you can. if your stronger than those, you may try 10kgs or 20lbs. but thats a lot.
    im guess youll be around 5-8lbs

    pull your belly button towards your spine. It helps to work the abs better.

    no weight is too much, you just need to find the weight which isnt too hard, but you can feel it burning. These dumbells are 4kgs.

    I just want to say, the plank one will do a lot more if you’re on your forearms. It’s a lot tougher too.
