Does the deadlift target the back more than the legs or vice versa? I imagine it’s probably the legs isn’t it?

its like the ultimate mass building exercise….. lower back, hamstrings, every part of your body…. forearms, traps… Everything.

    I always thought it was legs, back, stomach, and shoulders. That’s why this exercise and squats are so great for building muscle because they work so many different groups.

    It depends on which style of deadlift you do. If you do a straight legged deadlift it will target mainly your lower back, if you do a regular deadlift it will target your legs mainly. Just email me back if you have any questions or want me to get more specific with it.
