    The video’s great. The only thing I noticed is that after you grab the bar, you are using it as leverage to be able to put more weight back on your hips. if you can’t get into the correct position before you grab the bar, then you are going to hurt your back. The best thing to do, even if you don’t have the flexibility is to get into the best position you can without holding onto the bar, and then grab the bar from that same position without changing leg and back angles.

    i cant wiat to get back into training, im just recovering from a form of tendonitis called curveins syndrome in my right wqrist and it stopped me from lifting weights i couldnt even do squats because that used my wrist. so i lost 7 kilos in the last couple months and now i look like ally mcbeal on crack

    Defiantly not, both exercises are are very taxing on your body and nervous system. In fact I try to separate my “back” day as far as I can from “leg” day. :)

    squats, but I am able to do deadlifts with a lot more intensity so I put them pretty much neck and neck. Either way I do both and always will if I can. nothing makes you grow like squats and deadlifts.

    Deadlifts are the king of exercises not the squats the deadlift is harder! put more weight on the bar and the results will be different for the form!
