this is almost 6 months since my first deadlift. cant wait to hit 600!

    @rinkrat6398 Thanks man! When I did this, I think I could only rep 405 for 6 or 7 reps, so I think you should be able to pull 500 any day now.

    even kevin nee has respect being the beast he is, I respect that! I agree with you, I think one of the best qualities of a successful weightlifter, powerlifter, bodybuilder, strongman etc.. is offering constructive advice on how on to get better not this disrespectful down talk.

    lol Cambria must I explain everything? Obviously it was a joke video and joke comments.I was drinking beer(pretty fat at the time) messing around and posted that vid more as a joke then something to take serious.I take my training very serious and can do a hell of alot more then that.Kids broke my cam though so until i get new one can’t post my results.

    I’m 6 foot tall 240. I am wearing my belt under my sweater…I never said I was skinny…but I’m definately not a “fat ass”…..seriously..whats the point for watching someones video and putting them down for no reason?
