That’s one of the issues I see with CrossFit trying to incorporate real weight lifting into their program.
i’m with you man, i could do the deadlifting no problem, but i’d be moving much slower and would have to have at least some kind of a rest period.

Powerlifters do great at crossfit. All you have to do is work on your conditioning and you can get very good at it.
crossfit is fucking awesome, i’m somewhat deep into my powerbuilding goals now, a little too far to go back on my training, but if I had the chance I definitely would’ve started doing crossfit.
crossfit seems to have looser idea’s on their lifts is all i think, its not like powerlifting form. Still looks to be very hard with no to little rest. I can lift alot but im in no shape to do this.
why don’t you bounce that weight a little bit more, eh?
