I go through 2 ways of properly wrapping your hands. These ways are for an individual to protect their hands when hitting the heavy bag. speed bag. sparring or hitting the pads. Your hands are very important and you need to protect them most of all.
I was out skating yesterday and i landed on my wrist and it immediately started hurting. I have broken this wrist before so it is weak. I can make a fist and squeeze but i can’t move it side to side without it hurting. I put ice on it and kept it on for a couple hours after it happened and there is no swelling. Im not sure if I broke my wrist or not. I have it wrapped up right now. Does anyone have any clue of weather it might be sprained or not?
I broke my wrist 2 years ago and injured the soft tissue ( causing xtreme pain) last year.
In gym class we are doing a dance unit involving handstands.
Should I ACE WRAP my wrist for support? It is kind of painful if I don’t as my wrist still gets sore easily.
THANKS!!

But I didn’t wrap it around my thumb and went to sleep. When I woke up my hand was swollen to a very noticeable size, especially my thumb and the area round it. What do I do?
It’s not the whistle either. Here are a couple pics. In the first one it’s around the refs left wrist and the 2nd it’s around the refs right wrist.

It’s not a whistle, I’ve seen many times where the ref is blowing a whistle that is around his neck but still has this thing around his wrist & fingers
As you can see from this pic he has a whistle around his neck but look at his left hand…..

I want to get the phrase “Live a life less ordinary” wrapped around my wrist. Would that fit, or would the font have to be really small? I know you can’t really tell unless you see my wrist, but on average?
Also, are there any downsides to getting a wrist tattoo? I mean things like how it heals or if it distorts in any way, not things like “Oh snap you can’t get a job if you do that.”
Thanks.
