It’s not a whistle, I’ve seen many times where the ref is blowing a whistle that is around his neck but still has this thing around his wrist & fingers
As you can see from this pic he has a whistle around his neck but look at his left hand…..

Also, are there any downsides to getting a wrist tattoo? I mean things like how it heals or if it distorts in any way, not things like “Oh snap you can’t get a job if you do that.”
