I am 5’8″ 157 lbs and 15 years old I max out at 190 bench 350 squat and like 315 dead I know that could be better are these good weights also id like to start competing in teen powerlifting how much should I raise those to till I could consider and can I get a link to site with information. what is the approximate range of motion at each joint during the up motion of squat exercise and what are the planes and axes of motion

i was able to hold it for 9 mins, the most ive ever done before that was 5.. i have no idea how i managed to get 9 minutes i guess i just went monk mode or something.. still anyone beat that?
