This is just your standard side lateral. I actually like to get the dumbells up higher, but this was the 4th set, and my delts were fatigued. Always try to lower the weight slowly to emphasize the negative.

Is there no point in getting Dumbells if you can’t get a Bench?
I Don’t have ennough room for a Bench, can I Improve as much Muscle groups without a Bench?

I’m wanting to increase the muscle size on my upper arms and have some dumbells at home but as I’ve never weight trained before I’m not sure what weight to use, how many reps per day etc – like I know nothing with regard to a regime.

I’m 20, 6’0 and already have a good cardiovascular fitness. What weight should I use? How many on each arm per day? I know if you don’t rest your muscles it can be detrimental. Should I do it on alternate days?

Should i use 10 pound dumbells or 20 pounds?
When using 10 pounds, i can usually max out on 25 reps per set.
When i use 20 pounds, i can do 5 reps.
