On October 18th, 07, I pulled 585 for 11, 725 for 5 and 815 for 1 without a suit. This was two weeks after Tom McClure and I competed in the IFSA Strongman Two Man Team World Championship and one week before I competed with Team World vs team Lithuania in Lithuania.

Increased my one handed dl slightly, not very pretty I know, this will have to be it till Im ok with my right arm as Im having difficulty stopping myself using it (if that makes sense) you can see I use my injured arm to push against my leg (not good).Not sure what Ill do next?

Was lucky enough to be at the Misha Koklyaev exhibition in Glasgow. 13/8/2010 – 270kg jerk from behind the neck (a new pb) – 400kg deadlift x 3reps. – 290kg no-hands squat (world record) – 190kg snatch (25kg more than ever been snatched on Scottish soil before). With a donation of some money (and a cake!) at the platform to show appreciation! A great bloke with lots of stories throughout. For me, the best quote was when he was explaining how he wouldn’t know what he would have done in life without weightlifting.
