my max bench press is 160 and i just started lifting and i want to no how high i could get it up to by summer. Im 6′3 170
Well definitely work out daily. Do wide rips on lat pulldowns to build tricep muscles, do dumbell curls and stuff like that and also chest presses. Abdomin curls also help and definitely drink some protein after every workout.
