I’m 5′10, 155lbs, and I currently bench 10 reps of 155. I can also do 5 reps of 170. I want to know if i’m on track with the average 14 year old , and any tips to increase my bench press would help as well.

there is no average strength level for a certain age range. time in training and the training program determines the rate of strength increases.

if you can bench your body weight you are way ahead of the game for any age. the average adult male can not bench press his body weight
