i was taught to help get your benchpress up and more power, is to arch ur back, but still stay tight like your legs and ass, drive your shoulders and back into the bench. when you bring that weight down, tuck the elbows(to reduce shoulder injury), and to act like your throwing the weight back towards the spotter or just backwards. is this right too?
