Does age, height, weight, etc have much to do with it? When I was 18, 5′4" and 110 lbs, I could bench press 90-100 lbs, max bench. I want to get back to my max bench and wanted advice, i don’t want bulk, i want toned muscles. Please can someone help me with this? What would be the best way to go about getting back up to my max bench.. I am 21, and weigh 130lbs. and I have little time bc I have a two year old daughter. Any extra info on workouts for busy moms/getting rid of the excess baby fat would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

If you don’t want bulk, then why are you worried about how much you can Bench Press?

Stick with lighter weights and higher repetitions, and you’ll continue to see the tone muscles you are looking for.

Women don’t have the Testosterone levels that men have, so building large muscles is much harder to do.
