I used to work out a lot and then stopped working my major muscles for awhile (aka bench press). The last three times i’ve been to the gym i have pulled my left shoulder really badly, even when I had stretched before my workout.

try lesser weight and compensate for it just by doing more reps.

i don’t think you know how to workout bud…

don’t lift so heavy, and don’t jerk when you lift…

    get with a personal trainer.

    You must be double jointed.

If so stop doing the bench press you will only be hurting yourself.

It’s always best to see a doctor before you start working out at the gym, etc.

Be smart start slow your doctor, may have a program that would best fit your needs.
