Its better to do dumbbells because you can even out the strength in both of your arms and equally distribute as much power as each other dumbbells do work shoulders the bench bar it the main pectorial
@HockeySeanX It is harder and you get a little bit more control..And safer when your alone because the weight can be moved eayile as a barbell it will be harder to drop the weight to one side……..For curling i think dumbells are better for wrist placemen or a curl bar..But strait ber curls are harder on your wrists

I’m not an expert but i prefer them to full bench press it seems to take a faster effect for me i get results within one to two months certain excercises are different for everyone just go with what you feel works or simply ask as you have done lol
Both dumbbells and barbells are good. If you can, do both.

what i like to do is use medium wieghts and light wieghts’

i dowell done reps nice and smooth with the medium wieghts about 23 repitions. my muscles feel engorged and by this time i have alot of blood flowing in. i immidietly use the light wieght set and do 35 reps.
my muscles end up exploding.
dont take my workout as it might not work.just make sure your muscles feel hard

what works lower pecs better, the decline dumbell press or dips??
yeah i supose that would be better. i was thinking of getting one of those sling things you put around ur neck and add plates to it
