I have a 20 lb barbell. Is this enough weight to make a difference?
Preferable standing exercises, I don’t have a bench press seat.

Ok. Please, let me just say, I hate how girls will always be on the running machines, and doing silly exercises without weights, because they’re afraid they’ll become bulky.
Unless women ACT like men, they won’t end up looking like us.
Women can do THE SAME exercises as a man. GENETICALLY, you aren’t really able to become bulky without the help of steroids and a heavy calorie diet. Women tone up and become slender.
So please, if you see a guy doing an exercise with weights don’t be afraid to ask him to show you how to do it! Infact, we love it!
Try these exercises, you can look at videos on Youtube for them.
Biceps:
21s (Curls)
Bicep Curls
Concentration Curls
Triceps:
Tricep Extentions
Lat Pulls
Skull Crushers (Sounds nasty, not at all lol)
DIPS – One of the best exercises for triceps if you don’t have weights – You can do these off the edge of a bed, or by putting your feet on something raised (So you’re holding up your body – Makes you get a massive burn)
You don’t need a BENCH for these exercises.
You can do them lying on the floor or a bed!
And there’s only one or two exercises which would prefer a bench anyway. The curls and extentions can be done standing.
