    Tomakasin@ i am a strength and power coach, and yes i feel that dynamic training is beneficial to beginner level lifters, that is how you progress to the intermediate and advanced levels. I would begin with including speed work with an honest true weight that you can move with real speed in all your lifts. In corporate Dynamics in place of a repetition style trainning for 3 to 6 months then rotatwe out between repetition and speed and dynamics, then retry all you rmaxes i think you will be happy

    you’re not intermediate

    you can still get aloooooooot out of 5×5

    linear gains till u plateau hard

    hi, nice vid btw.

    i had a question; do you think for almost an intermediate lifter Dynamic Effort training is worth it? i was going to either start the basic westside template or WSFSB.

    my lifts are
    squat = around 275lb
    bench = 200lb
    dead = 330lb

    lmao served that bitch

  • yoamofior2 says:

    Backward seven. Why so much hostility. You post comment talking alot of junk yet you don’t have any vids to reveal what you can lift so my only guess could be that you are a pencil neck little prick who masturbates over pics of men in tights flexin there biceps. So save your faggity ass comments and put up some of your lifts
    Or shut the F up. You have just been served. Bi aaach!

  • backwardseven says:

    Pussy makes drug free comments and can only bench 450 with a shirt WITH a shirt that ant shit do it without a shirt fag

  • Marlboro1337 says:

    dude you look like brian schwab without the beard haha.

  • SilentWeazel says:

    no it wont. Impingment comes from tight infraspinatus not rear delt. Guess again

  • capriracer351 says:

    He is doing these in a manner to work mainly the rear delts. Standard pull ups will not do that. A very smart move since the front delts get so much extra work. This will help prevent impingement injuries in the shoulder.

  • thumbsdrumb says:

    can’t argue with that bench though, nice job man.

  • thumbsdrumb says:

    whenever anyone does a lat pull down exercise instead of just doing pull up’s they are doing something wrong.

  • fitness3life says:

    just to inform you: you are doing half the exercises wrong!

  • SilentWeazel says:

    I dont know whether to buy that book… Is there any direction in terms of tempo, or ROM etc?

  • kerley1992 says:

    thanks for the explaination i was just curious because rolling extentions hurts my elbows. might try the tate press :)

  • yoamofior2 says:

    tate press is an awesome exercise to help build your lockout with out taxing so much your joints doing super heavy board presses and lock out work. when done properly with moderate weight it works great. as with anything .. if you over use the execise you may experience tenderness in the joint area. this is why i dont do this for more than 2-3 weeks in a row.

  • kerley1992 says:

    does the tate press not tear up your elbows?

  • smellygiraffe says:

    well done! super effort and informative video!!!!thanks.

  • penisdemil0 says:

    I prefer to replace my max effort day with a repitition day, to each his own though, Keep rockin it dude.

  • notjustin says:

    do i have to do hammer curls with such high reps and so much momentum?
    something i just made up on my own is to do heavy eccentric only hammer curls. that is the only time i use that grip
