    @BodyPerformanceTV
    tried it this afternoon it was a great work out haha =D

  • BodyPerformanceTV says:

    @sadboy89 You certainly can if you want. As you get stronger you may need a shorter break of no break.

  • sadboy89 says:

    Do you take any breaks in between after completing each circuits ?

  • BodyPerformanceTV says:

    uhmm. i have a question, is having a break between every exercises not advisable? like bench press ~break 5 mins~ tricep extensions ~break 5 mins~ shoulder press ~break 5 mins~ so on. sorry.m new to home exercises, i just brought 1pc 10lbs weights :O is this enough? or should i buy 2?

    Thank you for your information. I always thought using different weights for different musclesi n a circuit training is bad, but it makes sense since my shoulders are stronger than my biceps. I bought a used dumbbell set.

  • layzie187x says:

    yes, use different dumbbells for different exercises since certain muscles are stronger or weaker than one another. a good idea is to get adjustable dumbbells. walmart sells dumbbell handles for 5 bucks each, and u can find cheap weight plates off of craigslist, make sure u get standard 1 inch plates though

  • jacquelineveronique says:

    Is it good to use different dumbbells for different exercises ? I lost 25 pounds over the last 35 weeks ( little less than one pound a week ) by just eating 200 calories less and 200 calories cardio, but work more on my strength now. Dumbbell chest press I can do 30 pounds dumbbells in each hand, but with tricep extension I can only do 15 pound dumbbell so I usually quickly change thae 30 lbs for the 15 lbs and continue with those. DOes that screw up my work out changing the dumbbell weights ?

    For this exercise program and the more advanced version, what weight of dumbbells should a person use?
    Thanks Steve.
