    Thats what this cage is for! Its my little world, and those boring ol laws of biology no longer apply! I can train my upper and lower abs, my inner and outer chest – you name it! I like to pretend sometimes that I’m a physiologist when I’m in my little world. Its a big word that makes me feel important. Thats because irl, I’m so damn weak I cant put any weights on this bar if I want to lift it.
