Power Creatine 1000g by Champion Nutrition

Creatine is an essential compound in the bodys anaerobic energy cycle. It recycles the compound (ATP – from ADP) that directly provides the energy for intense muscular contraction. If creatine is not present in sufficient amounts, energy for intense exertion is both low and slower to recover. Supplementation of creatine increases available muscular energy for that set of squats, or that sprint, or that jump, or that play, or that swing, and so on. Likewise, creatine will enable quicker recovery for that next effort, just seconds away. The result is that you get stronger, bigger, and quicker.

For years I have not found a bra that fits right. I need tips on how to do this exactly. I’m wearing a DD cup right now. But It doesn’t feel right, I know its too big. I constantly lifting up the straps to adjust. Please help. I would also like to know what is the best brand to use. I need lift support and side support.

Measure your underbust in inches. Make sure the tape measure is horizontal and fairly snug. Most people will need to round this measurement up to the nearest even number, but you may prefer to round down. This should be your band size.
Wear your best supporting bra, measure your bustline in inches. If you don’t have a bra, or if the one you have is very poorly fitting, then bend over at 90 degrees and measure around your chest, over your nipples. Round this measurement up to the nearest whole number.
Work out the difference between the two numbers, and calculate your cup size as follows: 1 inch difference = A cup, 2 inches = B cup, 3=C, 4=D, 5=DD, 6=E, 7=F, 8=FF etc.
Go try on this size bra in a shop, but also try on a range of different cup sizes as these can vary a lot.
Check that the band size is right. You should be able to run your fingers around inside the band, but not much more. It should fit on the biggest adjustment, but will probably be too tight if you try to fasten it on the smallest size. This is good – that’s the way it should be! (This is to leave room for the bra to stretch after you’ve worn it a few times) If the band is painfully tight, even on the biggest adjustment, then go up a band size (and down a cup size to compensate) eg if a 32D is too tight, try a 34C. If the band is loose enough for you to be able to comfortably fasten it on the tightest adjustment, try a smaller band, eg 32D -> 30DD.
Check that the cup size is right. You should fill out the cups, but not bulge out anywhere. Check both the top of the bra and the sides for bulging, and make sure the underwire encloses your whole boob. If the cup size is too big, go down a size. If it is too small, or even if it seems to fit try on a bigger cup size as well to double check.

Now that I have your attention, I’d like some opinions on a fight club that a friend and I are starting. We got the idea recently when we were purchasing some boxing gloves. It struck me like lightning, "Dude, we need to start a fight club." So now he and I have it in our heads to carry this through. Starting off we are going to recruit fighters in our circle of friends and later on, slowly gain new members. My friend posted a similar question to this one and no we are not 14 year old underweights trying to act macho. I myself am in it for the, fun, competition, and fitness that comes from boxing. But of course we’ll allow more than conventional boxing, other styles and forms are acceptable. Also we will be concerned with safety as we will be wearing gloves and mouthgaurds, and will have a first aid kit on hand. After we get enough fighters we will train, have fights, and when everyone is ready we will have matches with spectators. Gambling will be allowed, but 10% goes to the club.
by the way, i’ve never seen the fight club movie so i don’t know much about it. but i have wondered, if the guys in the fight club don’t talk about fight club, then how do people hear about fight club to join fight club, cause obviously the people in fight club will not talk about fight club, so they won’t tell anyone about it, which means they can’t recruit anyone into fight club cause they can’t tell anyone about fight club, am i making any sense?

me and my friends have been doing it for years, we watch UFC on PPV and drink beer the whole time then by the time its over we are drunk and put on the gloves and fight in the basement and video tape it. its alot fun and so far no one has got hurt more than a fat lip or black eye, just know that if you are using boxing gloves grappling is near impossible (you need your fingers) but if you use the gloves like in UFC or PRIDE you will be much more likely for injury’s like concussions and such, so have fun but be careful

i hav a 3hr exam tomorrow, and my wrist has been hurting from all the writting, ive been doing.

if you want to give your wrist some support use tubigrip or a conforming bandage (if you know how to bandage properly) this should give some support but if applied correctly will not be tight enough to cut off the circulation.
i’d recommend tubigrip as its harder to get it too tight.
anyone who has done basic first aid should be able to apply a conforming bandage correctly.

a tip for when / if you have a bandage on your arm or leg is to check for impared circulation by peridiocally pinching your nail when you pinch the nail it should go white, the pink colour should return almost instantly if the circulation is good. if it takes a while to get the colour back, or is blue in the first place then its likely the bandage is too tight and should be loosened.

I have a metal barbell.

First of all get rid of the metal. They can cause alot of issues with your teeth. Get one that is acrylic, there is less of a chance of chipping a tooth. When I clean mine I just take it out and soak it in Listerine for a few minutes. Take off both ends and soak all 3 pieces. Then brush your tongue really good and rinse with Listerine. That should take care of it.

If i was holding dumbells in each hand, and either hitting a punching bag or just punching in general, like shadow boxing, what muscles would that workout?

its pretty much a push up with cardio in it you may workout the shoulder more but still a push up

I’m a girl in ROTC. I can do about 50 pushups without stopping, but the boys I’m with can do over a hundred. No matter how many times I do pushups each day, I don’t seem to make much improvement. Is there some kind of training I can do to strengthen my arms and make me better at pushups besides doing more pushups?

Id like to see you do 50 but anyway I suggest bench pressing and trying to do your push ups faster and time yourself
